Welcome to BluLand Water Park where fun, adventure, and safety meet! To ensure that all our guests have a great time, we have some simple terms and conditions that we kindly ask you to follow.
- Once you’re admitted to our premises, you’re in for an amazing ride, or shall we say rides! Please note that tickets are non-refundable, and re-entry is not permitted.
- We welcome all our little guests with open arms! Children below 90cms get free entry, while those between 90-120cms require a child ticket, and those above 120cms need an adult ticket.
- Foodies, beware! We know you love your snacks, but outside food and beverages are not permitted in the park. We have several delicious options available at our food court that are sure to satisfy your cravings.
- Safety is our top priority! We kindly request guests not be under the influence of alcohol or any illicit substance in the park. This is for their own well-being and the safety of others. Similarly, cigarettes, thambaku, gutka, and chewing gums are strictly prohibited within the park.
- Swimwear is a must for those who want to take a dip in our pools and water rides. Saris, dupattas, salwar kameez, formal pants, shirts, street clothes, and long-flowing clothing are not permitted. Shorts with protruding designs or accessories and any attire that can damage the slides are also not allowed.
- We kindly request guests maintain discipline in the ride queue areas and avoid jumping the queue to ensure everyone has an equal chance of enjoying the rides.
- We value your safety! Please follow the instructions of our lifeguards, and ride operators, and the guidelines displayed near the rides. Pregnant women, heart patients, persons with high blood pressure, and those prone to epilepsy are advised to avoid fast and adventurous rides.
- We understand the importance of personal belongings! However, please note that management will not be held responsible for any loss of valuables or personal property left at the park.
- With all the fun activities, waiting times can vary. We request you be patient, and please bear with us in case of any ride breakdowns due to technical reasons.
- Finally, we reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Thank you for choosing our park, and we hope you have an unforgettable experience with us!
Cancellation / Refund and Modification Policy
Cancellation:
- Tickets once purchased offline or booked online cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- In case of booking the wrong category, the guest must pay the price difference.
- Refunds will only be made for the security deposit amount paid for rental items.
- Any refund is subject to the sole discretion of BluLand Water Park management.
Modification:
- There will be no charges for modifying the visit date; however, if there is a change in the ticket rate due to an upgrade from the Park’s Entry Fee to the Park’s Package Fee, the price difference will be charged. Conversely, no refund will be issued for the price difference.
- Guests who book online through the BluLand Water Parks’ website can modify their visit date before 12 am, one day before the original booking date. The validity of the modification will be the same as the validity of the offer under which the booking was made.
2. DATA COLLECTED
DATA STORAGE LOCATION
We are Cyprus based company and operate web servers hosted in Germany. Our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH adheres to the EU/US “Privacy Shield”, ensuring that your data is securely stored and GDPR compliant. REGISTRATION DATA
If you register on our website, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.
PURCHASE DATA
To receive product support, you have to have one or more Envato/AxiomThemes purchase codes on our website. These purchase codes will be stored together with support expiration dates and your user data. This is required for us to provide you with downloads, product support and other customer services.
SUPPORT DATA
If you have registered on our website and have a valid support account, you can submit support tickets for assistance. Support form submissions are sent to our third party Ticksy ticketing system. Only the data you explicitly provided is sent, and you are asked for consent, each time you want to create a new support ticket. COMMENTS
When you leave comments on the website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
CONTACT FORM
Information submitted through the contact form on our site is sent to our company email, hosted by Zoho. Zoho adheres to the EU/US “Privacy Shield” policy and you can find more information about this here: Zoho Privacy Policy.
These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS

If you are not a registered client for our site, there is no personal information we can retain or view regarding yourself.

6. THIRD PARTY ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

For the purpose of validating and getting your purchase information regarding licenses for our theme, we send your provided tokens and purchase keys to Envato Pty Ltd and use the response from their API to register your validated support data. Ticksy provides the support ticketing platform we use to handle support requests. The data they receive is limited to the data you explicitly provide and consent to being set when you create a support ticket.
